4 Tips to Keep Your Hands Soft and Supple

Step 1 – Wash your hands

Take a bowl of warm water, add a few drops of your favourite essential oil (try these Lavender or Rose oils) to get a spa like ambience, and soak your hands for about 10 minutes. The final step to achieve soft, smooth, and supple hands is to moisturise. You can use a regular moisturising lotion, body butter or hand cream. Apply an ample amount on your palms and massage together until the moisturiser is absorbed by the skin.
