Mineral oil

Another ingredient that’s currently included in skincare products, mineral oil can clog your pores and increase oil production in your skin. There are other reasons why you should avoid mineral oil, too. It may be contaminated with toxins, and it doesn’t offer your skin anything beneficial, despite some cosmetic companies claiming “magical” benefits.

This information is particularly scary because your liver cannot metabolise dioxane effectively, which could lead to long-term health conditions and cancer.
